Great way to get your veggies. This works GREAT if you have a HIGH output burner, such as a cajun cooker or cadillac cooker. It's the high heat that makes GREAT stir fry!

Recipe Ingredients for Super Simple Stir Fry

2 lbs lean pork loin
2 cups onions
2 cups celery
2 cups mushrooms
2 cups carrots
2 cups green pepper
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 head cabbage
5 Sliced oz Water Chestnuts
1 Pack Bean Sprouts
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Super Simple Stir Fry

  1. Cut onions, celery, carrots, and peppers into 1/4 inch pieces, slice mushrooms, and finely shred cabbage

  2. Cut pork into 1/4 inch pieces and fry in wok with 1 tbsp of oil on high until seared 5-7 minutes, remove from wok

  3. Fry carrots & green peppers in wok on high with 1 tbsp of oil until just soft 3-5 minutes, remove from wok

  4. Fry onions, celery, and mushroom with 1 tbsp oil in wok on high until just soft 2-3 minutes. Remove from wok

  5. Return pork to wok and heat with soy sauce & pepper.

  6. Add back pork, carrots, and green peppers, Add cabbage, water chestnuts & sprouts. Heat and stir until cabbage is soft, only about 1-2 minutes.

  7. Serve by itself or over rice.
