Makes 1 serving



1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 serving greens+ 2 tbsp whole flax seeds or 4 tbsp flax meal cup non-fat plain yogurt Splenda or Stevia to taste 1 cup mixed frozen or fresh Berries (whatever you like) 1 cup ice 1 cup water, as needed 3 tbsp mixed nuts

Recipe Ingredients for Super Shake

1 serving Greens Original Supperfood
1 packet Stevia
1 cup Kirkland's Trader Farms Triple Berry, Frozen Fruit
0.5 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds

Recipe Directions for Super Shake

  1. Add protein powder, greens+, flax seeds, yogurt, stevia, berries, ice and water (as needed) into a blender in that order blend on medium high for about a minute until smooth and creamy.

  2. Use as little water as possible for a thick shake. If your blender won?t mix, then add 1 tbsp of water at a time until it begins blending properly

  3. Add the mixed nuts and blend for additional 15 seconds, just until the nuts have been crushed and still provide a crunchy texture.
