An extremely protein rich shake for weight lifters.

Recipe Ingredients for Super Shake

2 scoops Muscle Milk Light
2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Chunk Style
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Super Shake

Combine all ingredients in a blender along with 1 cup of water (more or less depending on desired thickness) and blend until combined.
