I used 2 cans of tomatoes in light of this salmonella scare we're having

Recipe Ingredients for super salsa

29 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup diced onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 cups chopped cilantro

Recipe Directions for super salsa

  1. open cans of tomatoes and drain.

  2. put drained tomatoes into bowl.

  3. mix in diced chopped onion, pepper, cilantro and hot sauce.

  4. mix well.

  5. for maximum flavor, allow to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
