Recipe Ingredients for Super Salmon

1 1/2 pounds Salmon
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic
1 tbs lemon zest
1 tbs orange zest
1 Leek
1/2 c almonds

Recipe Directions for Super Salmon

  1. Get a baking dish and spray with non stick spray-set aside

  2. Pre-heat oven to 400

  3. Place Salmon skin side down on dry surface such as paper/cutting board or plate

  4. Season Salmon with Spices and add a few turns of black pepper

  5. Trim and clean the Leek

  6. Chop the Leek into small pieces

  7. Transfer the Salmon to the baking dish

  8. sprinkle the leek over the Salmon

  9. sprinkle the lemon and orange zest over the Salmon

  10. Chop and sprinkle the garlic over the Salmon

  11. Chop the almonds and sprinkle over Salmon

  12. Add a squeeze of lemon and orange from zesting

  13. Put pan into oven and bake for approx 20 minutes or until fish flakes apart
