Recipe Ingredients for super potent flaxseed muffins

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. flaxseed, ground
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. baking powder
3/4 t. nutmeg
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
2 c. milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for super potent flaxseed muffins

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, stir until well mixed. Spray muffin pan w/ cooking spray or use liners. Fill w/ batter until 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 25 to 30 mins.
