Recipe Ingredients for Super Multigrain Waffles

2 cups pastry flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup steel cut oats
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup egg beaters
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup lite syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup I Can't believe its not butter fat free, melted and slightly cooled
1/4 cup flax see oil
2 cups fat free yogurt
2 cups strawberries, chopped or purreed
1/4 cup cranberries

Recipe Directions for Super Multigrain Waffles

  1. Combine flours, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine.

  2. In a separate bowl combine egg beaters, milk, syrup, and vanilla.

  3. Mix into dry ingredients, beat with mixer to make batter.

  4. Stir in butter substitute, flax seed oil, yogurt and fruit.

  5. Cook on your waffle iron using manufacturers instructions.
