Recipe Ingredients for Super Hearty Low Calorie Hot Cereal

8 3/4 grams Bulgur, Dry
10 3/5 grams Quinoa
1/2 serving Oats Quick 3 Minute Brand
474 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Super Hearty Low Calorie Hot Cereal

  1. Rinse quinoa and bulgur together.

  2. Add in saucepan or small pot with 1.5 cup of water.

  3. Bring to a boil and cook, covered, for 15 minutes. (Add more water if it is totally absorbed.)

  4. Add the quick oats and half a cup of water.

  5. Cook for five more minutes.

  6. Now you can add any sweetner(Splenda, Stevia etc.), Milk, Raisins, or fruit.

  7. Be ready to be full til lunch time!
