serving size is one slice. Makes two loaves, I figured 10 slices per loaf.

Recipe Ingredients for super healthy pumpkin bread

3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
4 tsp nutmeg
4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup water
1 cup applesauce
4 cups eggbeaters
2 cups canned pumpkin

Recipe Directions for super healthy pumpkin bread

mix all ingredients. Spray two loaf pans and dust with flour. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
