Recipe Ingredients for Super Healthy Guacamole

0.67 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
3 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
0.67 medium raw Carrots
1 clove Garlic
0.33 onion Yellow Onion
0.75 cup Coriander Leaves
1 lime yields Lime Juice
0.67 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados

Recipe Directions for Super Healthy Guacamole

  1. Wash and dry the cilantro, and chop it roughly.

  2. Peel the carrot and cut the ends of the radish and carrot, and then grate them (or chop very small).

  3. Cut open the jalapeno, remove the seeds, and finely chop it. Do the same with the red bell pepper except cutting it into small pieces.

  4. Chop the garlic and the onion very small.

  5. Mix everything together in a bowl.

  6. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit with the edge of the knife blade (give it a good hit with the knife so it goes into it a little, then twist the knife by the handle so the pit is removed and stuck on the knife. Tap it off the knife into the trash). Slice the avocado into small pieces in the skin, and then turn it inside out so the pieces fall into the bowl. Scrape any remaining avocado out of skin. (All of these steps will be very easy with a ripe avocado.)

  7. Add the juice from the lime and lemon, and then add salt to taste. Use a fork to smash the avocado and mix all of the ingredients together. Taste and add more lime, lemon, chili, or cilantro to your taste.
