These are substantial cookies - with no sugar or fat!

Recipe Ingredients for super healthy cookies!

3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup apple, pitted and chopped
5 tbsp dry coconut
70 g raisins

Recipe Directions for super healthy cookies!

  1. Mix all ingredients. Leave for 15 minutes.

  2. Bake in a medium oven for 20 mins.

  3. Vary last three ingredients for whatever you'd like - 1 cup chopped dates; dried fruit like apricots or cranberries.
