Recipe Ingredients for Super Healthly Zucchini muffins

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup 100% whole wheat flour
1 cup oat flour
2 cups zucchini
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
3/8 cup Agave Nectar

Recipe Directions for Super Healthly Zucchini muffins

mix dry together, mix wet together. MIx dry and wet together. Put into 25 mufin tins. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
