Ultra healthy muffins that taste delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Super Health Muffins

3/4 cup spelt flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
30 grams soy protein powder
4 tbs ground flax seed
3/4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 whole eggs
1 tbs vanilla
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Super Health Muffins

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately before mixing together. Add milk until desired consistency...make require more or less than the cup stated in the recipe. Add blueberries last. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
