Makes 4 servings



Contains all four colors of produce, mostly fruit, with a touch of veggies (and I typically add a bit of kale juice), plus chia seeds. Super Food Smoothie! :)

Recipe Ingredients for Super Food Smoothie

4 tbsp Original Raw Chia Seeds
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 apples
1/2 cup Carrots, Baby
1/2 oz Kale
1 cup Blueberries
2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 packet Stevia
1 cup Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup ice or water

Recipe Directions for Super Food Smoothie

  1. Hydrate chia seeds in apple juice and water. (Look up "Chia Gel")

  2. Core apples.

  3. Put chia gel into commerical blender (such as Vitamix), with apples, carrots, and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Then pile in everything else on top, and blend again until smooth. Add additional ice or water, as needed/desired.
