You can double everything except the cheese and salad dressing - and enjoy a filling, fat-burning salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Super Fat-burning Salad

1 cup baby spinach, raw
1/2 cup kale, raw
1/3 cup mustard greens, raw
1/3 cup parsley, raw
1 tbs fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomato, raw
1 1/2 tbs (Wish-Bone) Balsamic Vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Super Fat-burning Salad

Tear or chop the greens into small pieces and mix well, sprinkle with tomato (I also use about 7 cherry tomatoes, cut in half), cheese and spray with salad spritzer or other low calorie, low fat, low sodium salad dressing. Lemon Juice and pepper are also good substitutes for dressing!
