Super easy and super yummy lentils recipie! High in protein, iron, and potassium. Can add other veggies too!

Recipe Ingredients for Super Easy Curried Lentils

1 serving Mixed Split Lentils
2 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1 cup, sliced Onions
1 clove Garlic
366 mL Campbells Reduced Sodium Broth
1 tbsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Super Easy Curried Lentils

  1. Put all ingredients in a pot except for the spinach.

  2. Simmer for 40 minutes.

  3. Add spinach and boil for 5 minutes.

  4. Let cool and serve.
