2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
3/4 cup vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Super Easy 4 Ingredient Gravy

Heat oil and sift in flour. Stir. Cook until light tan in color. Consistency should be thick, not dry. Add broth and spices. Cook, stirring constantly for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Strain and season with salt and pepper. Will thicken slightly as it cools.
