Recipe Ingredients for Super Cheesey Veggie MAC

3.75 cup Lima Beans, Immature Seeds
6.3 tbsp Bundle Light Buttery Spread
18 cloves Garlic
3 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Elbow Macaroni
1.2 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup Bok Choy
2.2 cups Baby Spinach
55 grams Onion Red
0.33 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.27 cup Old World Style Traditional Jar
1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Super Cheesey Veggie MAC

  1. Prepare buttery garlic lima beans.

  2. boil water and add elbow macaroni, when pasta is 5 minutes to finish, throw in broccoli to blanch it.

  3. Sautee mushrooms in soy sauce, adding onions, bok choy and spinach and pepper as you go along.

  4. When veggies are cooked, and pasta is drained combine the two mixtures in a big pot. Add the ragu and about 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix

  5. well. Then pour contents onto a flat baking sheet, spreading out the macaroni to make a flat surface. Top with a layer of the remaining cheese and bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until the top cheese is melted and has a pretty golden color. Enjoy !
