Low fat and delicious bran muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Super Bran Muffins

2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 pinch salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 cup all bran

Recipe Directions for Super Bran Muffins

  1. Mix butter, sugar, egg and bran.

  2. Add flour, salt, baking soda and mix.

  3. Then add milk and cranberries (can use raisins or any other dried fruit in it's place).

  4. Use heaping teaspoon full of batter for each muffin, should make about 15 muffins.

  5. Place in preheated oven at 450 deg.

  6. Turn down to 350 deg. and cook 20-25 min.

  7. Delicious and moist!
