1 c oatmeal
1/2 c sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 c raisins
1 c fat free milk
1/4 c coconut oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

  1. preheat oven 400

  2. oil muffin tin

  3. mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and raisins

  4. seperate bowl blend milk, oil, eggs, vanilla

  5. add to dry mix

  6. stir until just moist

  7. fill 12 muffin tins

  8. bake 18-20 minutes
