Recipe Ingredients for Super Bean Chicken Tortilla Soup

8 serving Chicken Flavored Stock
24 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 1/2 bulb Fennel, Bulb
32 oz Chicken
1 1/4 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 1/4 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 1/4 cup Mayocoba (Peruano) Beans
2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 cup, chopped Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
14 oz Green Chiles
4 oz Red Swiss Chard
8 oz Sliced Jalapenos
2 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
2 cup, diced Celery
2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 tsp Spices Oregano Leaves
1 tsp, leaves Basil, Dried
1 tsp Cumin
4 leaves Spices Whole Bay Leaves
2 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties

Recipe Directions for Super Bean Chicken Tortilla Soup

  1. Put stock in pot first and whisk in the two cans of cream soup.

  2. Season and fry chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces to put into the soup.

  3. Heating to simmer, add all other ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
