2 Egg whites
2 cups oatmeal
3 oz whey Protein Powder
2 tbls vanilla extract
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 banana
2 tbls honey
1 dash cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Super Banana or Not Protein Mini Muffind

  1. 2 Eggs

  2. 2 Egg whites

  3. Beat together.

  4. 2 Cups oatmeal

  5. 6 Tbls of protein powder

  6. 2 Tbls vanilla extract

  7. cup cottage cheese

  8. Dash cinnamon

  9. Add blueberries/blackberries/any fruit ? to 1 cup.

  10. Blend everything

  11. Mini muffins ? 12 @ 350 degrees ? 15 minutes.

  12. Or pancakes
