Best tasting sloppy joe recipe I've had! They're messy no matter how you do it, so I like to just eat them open-faced.

Recipe Ingredients for Super Amazing Sloppy Joes

2 pounds lean ground beef
30 oz tomato sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
4 tbls brown sugar
1 cup carrot
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
2 tbls olive oil
1 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp clove
2 cloves garlic minced

Recipe Directions for Super Amazing Sloppy Joes

Dice veggies up small, and saute in pan on med-hi with olive oil. Remove and set aside. Salt bottom of same pan, brown burger in it. Add veggies back to pan with browned meat, and add remaining ingredients (sauce & seasonings). Let simmer about 15 minutes, then serve!
