Recipe Ingredients for Super 8 Salad

1 cup, chopped Cabbage
2 medium (3") Apples
1 medium raw Kiwifruit
0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
2 oz 100% Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) Walnuts, English

Recipe Directions for Super 8 Salad

  1. Use all raw vegetables and fruits. Chop them to desired fineness for your taste.

  2. Add dollop of yogurt, a couple of tablespoons of Lemon Juice then Salt and Pepper to taste.
