Recipe Ingredients for Sunshine Spaghetti

1 orange
10 oz spaghetti squash
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 avocado
1 tbsp. sea salt
1/4 cup chopped pine nuts
10 raw olives
1 tbsp. capers

Recipe Directions for Sunshine Spaghetti

  1. bake spaghetti squash at 250 degrees for 3 hours

  2. scoop out sqaush, and set aside.

  3. in a bowl, combine avocado, zest, salt, nuts aqnd capers.

  4. mix well.

  5. add to spaghetti squash.

  6. squeeze juice of the orange over the pasta

  7. divide into 5 plates.

  8. add two raw olives to each plate.
