How to brighten up a simple scrambled egg on toast

Recipe Ingredients for Sunshine scramble

1 egg
2 tbsp milk, semi-skimmed (Dairy Council values)
1/8 tsp salt
1/16 tsp pepper
72 g Wholemeal Medium Sliced Bread
4 g butter
5 g sweet chilli sauce

Recipe Directions for Sunshine scramble

  1. Scramble the egg, milk, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Toast two slices of wholemeal toast, and lightly butter them.

  3. Cut each slice into 4 triangles

  4. Arrange the bread into an 8-point "star" shape, with the corners of all 8 triangles meeting in the centre.

  5. Pile the scrambled egg in the middle, and flatten into a circle.

  6. Add a smiley face with sweet chilli sauce.
