Recipe Ingredients for Sunshine Breakfast Scramble

2 medium Egg, Whole
14 1/5 grams Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
2 oz Tomatoes
1 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) Peppers, Sweet, Red
10 grams Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
10 grams Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
10 grams Red Onion
1 small (2-1/4" dia) Tangerines, (Mandarin Oranges)
10 strips Potatoes

Recipe Directions for Sunshine Breakfast Scramble

Prepare (2) scrambled eggs in skillet using Can't Believe its Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil spray. Along side the eggs sauté onion and peppers until tender. Mix with eggs and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese and serve with orange halves and if you wish, cottage potatoes.
