A super simple, delicious vegan smoothie. No chalky soy flavor in this one. It has a smooth, rich mouth-feel that is missing from a lot of lowfat vegan foods.

Recipe Ingredients for Sunrise Smoothie (Vegan)

5 medium strawberries
1 medium banana
125 g (1/2 cup) plain soy yogurt (recommend Whole Soy & Co.)
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp plain soy creamer
1 tbsp sugar, organic cane

Recipe Directions for Sunrise Smoothie (Vegan)

  1. Chop fruit into one inch pieces and drop into a blender with all the other ingredients. Blend for at least 15 seconds.

  2. Enjoy!
