Smoothie with banana, raspberry, orange and walnuts. From "The GI Diet Plan" by Helen Foster (I added the raspberries to the recipe!)

Recipe Ingredients for Sunrise smoothie

160 g orange
100 g banana
60 g raspberries
150 g soya milk
150 g soya yogurt
15 g walnuts
1 tsp clear honey

Recipe Directions for Sunrise smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.

  2. Pour into two glasses and serve.
