Recipe Ingredients for Sunomono Salad

1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
5 oz Seasoned Rice Vinegar
0.12 cup Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for Sunomono Salad

Slice cucumber into paper thin slices. Place in bowl and add seasoned rice vinegar and sesame seeds. Marinate in fridge overnight. Enjoy cold. You can also add sashimi to it for protein.
