Midwestliving.com 12 to 16 servings Chill: 2 hours Prep: 20 minutes I've adjusted the recipe to use Vegenaise, instead of mayo. I would also use a vegan bacon.

Recipe Ingredients for Sunny Broccoli Salad

1 cup vegenaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
7 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
8 bacon

Recipe Directions for Sunny Broccoli Salad

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, onion, raisins, sugar, and vinegar.

  2. Add broccoli and stir to coat.

  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

  4. Stir in sunflower seeds and bacon just before serving. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
