Recipe Ingredients for Sunflower Pumpkin Bread

2 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups pumpkin, canned solid pack
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, shelled

Recipe Directions for Sunflower Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray 22 muffin pans with Pam or use muffin cup papers. Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix pumpkin, oil, & sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture. (Batter will be thick). Bake until test inserted into centers comes out clean, about 15-20 minutes.
