Sunflower Pate Spread...to use on sandwiches or crackers....delish!

Recipe Ingredients for Sunflower Pate

2 onions
4 cup,+cubes Yam
4 cloves garlic
2 c sunflower Seeds
2 c spelt flour
1 c nutritional yeast
4 tsp ginger powder
4 tsp cumin
1 c water
1 c olive oil
1/8 c tamari
1/8 c water

Recipe Directions for Sunflower Pate

  1. Divide all ingredients in half (as the full amount is too much for most blenders)

  2. Blend until Smooth

  3. Place into two 12" lined muffin pans,

  4. Bake at 350 F

  5. be careful not to burn!
