Either a great breakfast cereal or high energy trail mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Sunflower Oat Breakfast Crunch

5 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup salad oil
1 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup barley
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbl salt
1 tbl vanilla
1 cup sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Sunflower Oat Breakfast Crunch

  1. Mix all ingredients together and spread in a jelly roll pan.

  2. Toast in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.

  3. Stir at least every 10 minutes.

  4. Let cool and place in plastic container or bag.

  5. Refrigerate.
