Recipe Ingredients for sunflower cheese

53 g margarine (earth balance)
225 g soy milk
210 g sunflower seeds
50 g nutritional yeast
163 g yellow pepper
56 g avocado

Recipe Directions for sunflower cheese

  1. put milk into a food processor.

  2. put on medium, and slowly add sunflower seeds. keep mixing until most or all lumps are gone.

  3. add the earth balance, letting it incorporate into the mixture.

  4. next, use either canned roasted yellow peppers (I've used red, but sometimes the sweetness can be too much) or roast them yourself.

  5. lastly, add cubed avocado, and let process until smooth.

  6. I like to eat as is, there is also an option to cook it down, it makes it thicker, and a little meatier. There's also an option to squeeze all the liquid out, and make a solid cheese with a cheese cloth and some aging.
