Recipe Ingredients for Sunflower bread

10 oz Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
2.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
0.33 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
0.33 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1.5 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 cup Enriched Unbleached White Flour
2.25 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for Sunflower bread

  1. Throw everything in a bowl and mix, let rise for 40 min in a warm place.

  2. I perfer to make hamburger buns it is easier to handle for a sandwich on the runl. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 mins.
