A sweet bread that tastes great alone, or with a little margrine

Recipe Ingredients for Sunflower Bread

1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp dry milk powder
1 cup water
1/4 cup egg substitute
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp molasses
1/3 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Sunflower Bread

Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixer. Shape and let sit in a warm place for 2 hours. Once bread has risen bake at 350 until it sounds hollow when you knock on it.
