Recipe Ingredients for Sundried Tomato Spinach Pasta

100 g whole wheat rotini, dry
100 g baby portabella mushrooms
1 lb chicken breast
2 cloves garlic
100 g grape tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
5 cups spinach, raw

Recipe Directions for Sundried Tomato Spinach Pasta

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin slices, saute in olive until no longer pick. Add portabella mushromms and saute with chicken until tender.

  2. Add remaining vegetables and saute under spinach wilts.

  3. Toss with pasta and serve hot.

  4. Enjoy with a lovely glass of red wine.
