Recipe Ingredients for Sundried tomato Pesto

30 pieces sun dried tomato
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Sundried tomato Pesto

warm tomatoes for 10 min in near boiling water, drain ( and reserve water) and cool. chop, add to blender. add toasted pine nuts, olive oil, and a small amount of reserved soaking water if need be. add salt to taste. good with some rosemary too
