Sauce for pasta or stuffing for chicken. I like shitake because it is chewed, it is a nice meat substitute.

Recipe Ingredients for Sundried tomato and mushrrom sauce

5 piece Tomatoes, Sun-dried
3 oz Onions
99 grams Mushrooms Shiitake
3 clove Garlic
28 2/5 grams Wine, Table, White
2 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Sundried tomato and mushrrom sauce

Sauteed onions untill translucent, then add mushroom untill start so soft. Add garlic and wine and let reduce to allow alchool to evaporate. Add sundried tomatoes and chicken broth. Season with salt and peppers. turn off the heat and add fresh basil for pasta or reserve for stuffed chicken untill cool.
