Another healthy version of a classic favorite. Seasoned using sundried tomatoes and roasted red pepper viniagerette.

Recipe Ingredients for Sundried Tomato Meat loaf

14 oz Ground Turkey Breast
0.5 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid
2 serving Sun Dried Tomatoes
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned
4 oz Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette
0.25 cup Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Sundried Tomato Meat loaf

  1. Combine turkey, egg whites and bread crumbs in bowl. Chop onions and sundried tomatos. Add to meat mixture. Add vinaigrette. Mix well.

  2. Press mixture into loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Last 6-8 minutes top with ketchup. Serve hot.
