Recipe Ingredients for Sundried Tomato Chicken Pasta

8 oz chicken breast
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
10 oz uncooked pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup white wine
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sundried Tomato Chicken Pasta

  1. cut up chicken breasts and add to heated olive oil in pan. Grill chicken until done.

  2. add broccoli and sundried tomatoes, butter, broth, wine and milk. Cook until vegetables are done.

  3. In a separate pot, boil water and cook pasta.

  4. Add chicken and vegetable mixture to pasta. Toss and serve.
