Recipe Ingredients for Sundried Tomato and Basil Pesto Potato Salad

28.001 oz Red Potato
0.5 cup Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
0.25 serving Basil Pesto
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Sundried Tomato and Basil Pesto Potato Salad

  1. Chop potatoes into quarters and place in large pot of water; bring water and potatoes to a boil. Let cook 10 minutes at boiling temp.

  2. Combine basil, pesto, olive oil, vinegar, and sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl. Mix well.

  3. Cool potatoes and rinse with cold water. Drain, and coat with the sauce mixture.

  4. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
