708 grams chicken breast
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
7 ounces artichoke hearts
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 onion chopped

Recipe Directions for Sundried tomato, artichoke and feta chicken bake

  1. rub chicken breasts (3) with olive oil, salt and pepper. put into baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cut up onions and sprinkle on chicken, sprinkle on artichoke hearts, tomatoes and feta. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.

  2. I used 3 chicken breasts for this recipe.
