Recipe Ingredients for sunday skillet

7 eggs Egg, Scrambled
5 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 onion Yellow Onion

Recipe Directions for sunday skillet

cook bacon cut into bite size pieces in a large skillet, remove and drain on paper towel, leaving fat in the pan to saute diced onion and lefteover baked potatoe diced into bite size pieces as well. once carmelized, add in any extra diced veges till heated through. add scrambled eggs last and toss till desired doneness. top with shredded cheese if desired and garnish with fresh cut parsley
