14 oz beef broth, reduced sodium
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 lb beef, top sirloiin
8 oz carrots
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 lb potatoes, scrubbed
