Recipe Ingredients for Sunday Pancakes

1 1/2 egg whites
1/2 c. unbleached white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/8 cup skim milk
3 T. unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 T. raw honey
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt

Recipe Directions for Sunday Pancakes

Mix all ingredients and spoon into skillet. Makes 6 fairly good sized pancakes.
