Recipe Ingredients for Sunday Pancakes

1.5 cup Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Sunday Pancakes

Mix all ingredients together and blend until most of the lumps are gone. Let sit for at least 10 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup onto very lightly greased pan or griddle. If using nonstick, you can just wipe surface with a paper towel that has been dipped in oil. Cook until bubbles form and turn.
