Big Dadi's version of crockpot lasagna.

Recipe Ingredients for Sunday Crockpot lasagna

12 oz whole wheat egg noodles
32 oz spaghetti sauce
16 oz Mozzarella cheese
16 oz Mild Italian Sausage
16 oz cottage cheese
10 medium mushrooms (sliced)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
2 medium onions (chopped)
8 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 tbs fresh chopped oregano
3 tbs fresh chopped basil

Recipe Directions for Sunday Crockpot lasagna

  1. brown sausage

  2. Use food processor to combine bell pepper, onions, basil, oregeno, and garlic.

  3. spread approx 1/3 of sauce in bottom of crockpot. Follow with several layers of noodles, sausage, veggies, cottage cheese and cheese.

  4. Cook on high setting in crockpot for 2 hours.

  5. Finish on low setting in crockpot for 4-6 hours.
