Recipe Ingredients for Sunday Brunch Frittata

1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach
6 egg Natural Free-Roaming Large Brown Eggs
2 clove Garlic
4 oz Sharp Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Sunday Brunch Frittata

Saute 2 cloves garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil, add thawed spinach and continue sauteing while whisking 6 eggs. Pour eggs over spinach and mix to distribute evenly. Cook until eggs begin to set, spread 2 oz grated cheese over top, cover and cook until cheese melts and eggs cook completely.
